We walked past Möbel last night. Across the street we snuck into an old public swimming pool hall. It was an old building made of stone with an arched entrance way. It was open for a private party but the party-goers hadn’t arrived yet. (We weren’t the only ones checking it out and the staff knew it. They were anxious for us to go so I didn’t get any pics.)

The wrought iron detailing on the inside had a goldfish motif. Double doors opened off of the main entrance to reveal a massive room with vaulted, cathedral-like stone ceilings. This had been the swimming pool. The water was gone and the bottom of the pool was filled with white leather chairs that made up the bar seating.

It was spectacular. We wished we’d been invited.
